Ryan Davis is the founder of the Company and has 12 years mining experience in various blasting techniques. Ryan has been a key player in implementing new Shock Tube Systems to enhance safety and ease of use at Mining Operations in the Eastern Limpopo Area, South Africa. Maverick Blasting Consultants were the first Blasting Company to offer a viable sequentially timed 1.4s Shock Tube System linked together with Propellant Powder Cartridges for Open Cast Production Blasting. Maverick Blasting Consultants in conjunction with their Product Specialists are spearheading a drive to offer Clients an alternative method of blasting that will be better suited for Production Requirements. The benefits of this system includes minimal fly rock, low ground vibration, zero noxious gases and no airblast over pressure. The whole system can be manufactured to be a 1.4 S classification.
We have a wide range of Shock Tube Initiating Systems for various applications. The systems are considered the safest shock tube initiating product on the market. There are 2 variations of initiation, firstly for your Propellant Powder and secondly for your Conventional Blasting Explosives. The Rock Breaking Cartridges can be supplied at different sizes and are all oxygen balanced to produce no noxious gases.
